When Austin and Hollie Jenkins first stepped into our office and shared their vision with us, we knew right away that we were in for something special. "We believe that our friends with intellectual and/or physical disabilities are valuable members of our team and give us an element of diversity that makes each of our team members better." Charlie Fosters is a Multi-Roastery coffee shop dedicated to leading the community to inclusion and to providing high quality coffee. This isn’t your local pour, grab and go coffee shop. They make their own specialty blends in-house. If you’re a chocolate lover, you have to ask about their Mocha. The best in town. Shortly after our initial meeting, we started mocking up logo and branding ideas... Leading to the pink ghost print 4 runner you've seen rolling through Huntsville. Within a few short months we gained a ton of social media presence. The first video we posted gathered over 1.4 million views and national interest from the special needs community. Almost 2 years later after construction setbacks, our team can now grab the best coffee in town...at the coolest spot in town. Congratulations, Charlie Fosters; on an unbelievably successful Grand Opening and being a staple in the Huntsville community. With RCD’s advertising efforts, Charlie Fosters received over 1.4 million views within the first few months of posting their first ad, prior to their opening one year later.
Charlie Fosters opened their doors for the first time January 15th 2021 for their two week long soft opening event. Tthe soft opening was a huge success. The event went so well that they sold out of coffee before the end of the week. They reopened for their Grand Opening January 30th and have had overwhelming success since due to the support of the local community and the advertising efforts of RCD for this amazing/one-of-a-kind establishment.

If you added all other coffee shops up and doubled it, it still wouldn’t have the following as Charlie Fosters at 26k. The story, the brand, and social media campaigns were the perfect marriage. “Rocket City Digital made my vision a reality. We wanted to open a speciality coffee shop with a unique vibe and employ people with special needs. Before our grand opening we had gained around 30k followers on social media and 2 million views on our videos. Our grand opening post was viewed 80k times on Instagram and another 80k on Facebook. We ask our customers how they heard about us and the most common answer is they follow our social media!”
